Pros
The 6 month training program, teaches you all you need to know and gives you a bunch of friends also just starting their careers, additionally they make it very clear that there are lots of chances to change career paths and move around if you get into the field and it isn’t right for you
Cons
You won’t know where you are living at the end of the training program till about 3 months in and the possibilities are constrained by open positions, however they do take your preferences into account and everyone got their first choice location in my training class
