Excellent team as a whole. Collaborate on getting the job done Great Mid level management. Treat the team with lot of respect Work is Work and Fun is a whole lot of fun
Cons
Draconian rules make it hard to work in a competitive market Some of the higher management are completely out of touch with the actual market situation Support teams sometimes actually work as hindrances in your work New processes and systems being implemented globally are not exactly in line with India market scenario
