      Pros

      Management is open to new ideas when backed by emperical data. Older plant with many opportunities for improvements. Good amount of good people who work hard to keep things running.

      Cons

      Low end of the pay scale. Many younger and often under qualified persons rely heavily on experienced persons to shoulder the bulk of the responsibility. Corporate structure handcuffs local management at times.
