Pros

Multiple work schedule options. The people are nice. Some flexibility to work from home, which is nice.

Cons

Monotonous. Repetitive. Upper management is super old school. Very limited room for growth. Office is pretty drab and boring, everything is gray. You will inevitably work some holidays (holiday pay, of course). Given the local cost of living, pay is on the low side.

Pros

Decent salary and benefits, especially considering that they will hire virtually anyone.

Cons

Very amateurish, unrealistic, and emotionally unstable management. This poor executive leadership trickles down into every aspect of the plant, with the result being a toxic work culture. Lovejoy South Haven is the most contentious place I have ever worked due to supervisors inability to plan, communicate, and follow through with kept promises and deals.
