Pros

There's a small handful of good people left there, but the plant manager started a class war by calling half the workers "unskilled" even though many of their jobs require more knowledge than most of the jobs that are labeled as "skilled".

Cons

Poor training programs. Little room for advancement. Great people that went unappreciated are leaving in droves. Probably fewer than 5 salary people in the plant are worth keeping.

Pros

Excellent place to work until The company moved to SC.

Cons

Many people in upper management were aware of a very poor, mentally abusive manager but never did a thing about it. Due to me knowing to much about his discressions was let go when the opportunity came up to cut people. He ruined me as a confident employee and person.

Pros

Brand name is based on U.S.A. made but the executives, Rich Kyle have sold out to manufacturing outside the US in favor of cheaper labor. Another American company that has sold out

Cons

Everyone in management manages up to cover their own butt. They claim to be a sales organization but they conveniently change the sales bonus structure.
