Pros

Flexibility to work from home if needed, depends on manager, not all departs are allowed

Cons

They haven't promoted anyone in my department on 5 years! Other people retire or quit and they don't replace them and we inherit their workload. That has happend for the past 5 years, and haven't been given raises for the added workload, which is a insane amount, or the promotions for doing the work of people that were at a higher level than you in the department.

Timken grasping at straws for survival

Pros

Salary is fair; working environment is generally fair; flexibility on hours.

Cons

New younger management team does not know how to formulate strategy and tactics for growth; nor communicate the same. Company share price has decreased continually since. Company is left with very few options for long term survival and growth. Pulling S&A lever is one of the last.
