Pros

Company recognises the hard work & promotes timely and best part is awards & rewards. Leadership is also good, but there is more improvement required. Work life balance is also very good as I was never asked to stretch at least for 1 hour in my 2 years. Company & culture is also good. Trainings are provided.

Cons

Since there is no attrition, it is very difficult to grow in this organisation. You will get struck at one level.

-Too much overtime - six days a week, three different shifts -no accountablility -favouritism -eventually closed the plant
