When the oil indusrty is right, work is stable.

Cons

Very disorganized. Ever changing policy and procedures makes for confusion. Little to no accountability for indirect personnel.

Good pay, good working environment, people are professional. Focused on bottom line.

Cons

Difficult to expand horizons if doing your job well( pigeon-holed). People's strengths are not optimized/ aligned to positions. This may improve with new HR system as it matures. Maybe too focused on bottom line and losing people focus.
