Pros

Some people are very decent. Pay and benefits are on par for the area.

Cons

This plant has changed ownership many times over the years. Each new corporate overlord demonstrates more greed than its predecessor. Experience and knowledge are not valued. As a result, the company is hemorrhaging good people. The physical environment is filthy. Facility maintenance and housekeeping are bare minimum. Opportunities for advancement are scarce. The culture is toxic.

Smart, talented people in most areas. Decent leadership in select areas.

Cons

Forcible job outsourcing at the expense of quality. Outsourcing production to Romania, India and China. Outsourcing jobs to India. IT is completely obsolete. Lots of ivory-tower syndrome.
