Pros

Great people to work work. Great working environment with collaboration spaces, lots of resources. Lots of opportunities if you do well and stand out. Training and development opportunities. Good location of HQ.

Cons

Could have more robust and proactive benifits. Things I would like to see are things like better maternity leave, flex hours/schedules, more work from home opportunities. Tend to lag culturaly with trends

Pros

Job, doesn't require much additional training or testing. They have a decent 401k plan. They recently raised top pay for maintenance to try and be more competitive with the region, they are still behind in comparison though, it just closed the gap.

Cons

The pay is still a bit lower than other manufacturers. Insurance premiums have skyrocketed in the past couple of years.

Pros

None, poor management,and QUALITY

Cons

Extremely poor training and a culture that allows people to target individuals for extreme consequences for errors while excusing others from the same level of risk. All they think about is Quanity. Push you hard to get #'s and when you make a mistake they write you up

Pros

Programming and building new machines is the best thing. The work is varied and at your own pace. Many projects are available.

Cons

Apathetic supervision. The manager is either being lied to about team members behaviors and performance or complicit. Four workers with tenure run the shop and work actively to run new employees out. High turnover. The shop is poorly organized. Priorities change minute to minute. Lack of new employee onboarding program and no on the job training.

Pros

Good team. Lots of challenges. Nice work environment. Good training provided. Compensation package is ok related to industry. Also, most of the people are good în what they are doing.

Cons

Not sure if the direction company going forward is the right one. Need better top management în order to extend market share.

Pros

There have been a few opportunities to work on new skills. I have had relative freedom to accomplish my tasks.

Cons

My direct management and supervisor express a general apathy toward issues I bring to them. I have to constantly make sure that I am being paid correctly and that deductions are correct. My supervision forgot that I was taking vacation even with ample notice had not submitted paperwork. The environment is extremely unsafe do to crowded conditons and heavy forklift traffic. There is little to no on the job training. My manager, supervisor, and two senior employees all gang up on new hires and work to whittle down their self esteem. I have seen 5 coworkers leave because of this. My coworkers group up and passive agressively trash talk each other to the point where no one is happy at work. My supervision is unable to keep things confidential. In an effort to cover this up they pass the "supervisor" hat around the engineering department like a Frisbee.

Cons

Extremely poor training and a culture that allows people to target individuals for extreme consequences for errors while excusing others from the same level of risk.

Death Spiral

Pros

There's a small handful of good people left there, but the plant manager started a class war by calling half the workers "unskilled" even though many of their jobs require more knowledge than most of the jobs that are labeled as "skilled".

Cons

Poor training programs. Little room for advancement. Great people that went unappreciated are leaving in droves. Probably fewer than 5 salary people in the plant are worth keeping.

Pros

Innovative company, top HR systems and processes, very good place to learn in HR, excellent trainings, international travel, fir me it was a huge opportunity to jump-start my career

Cons

Internal politics, but less than in other companies I worked for; otherwise this was the company I lived working for, having the chance to explore different positions with regional and global exposure
