Pros
- If you're good at what you do and you become an essential part of the team, the job could pay well. - Depending on who you are, you may like it if you like slow-paced/chill development (it got old for me very quickly).
Cons
- The management team is really immature and inappropriate. It's a pretty superficial work environment. Don't expect to build strong relationships here. - From a tech perspective, you don't really learn much because you're working on the same monotonous project for an extended period of time. Super boring.
