There is room to learn or pick up large projects due to the relatively lean team

Cons

Bit too lean Cult-like adoption of AI Going to the office 3 days a week doesn't make any sense. Not enough meeting rooms and tons of noise

Some managers aren't the best which could cause issues for some morale on some teams. Although outside of that, most things are good.
