- Leadership expects you to solve problems way over your pay grade. And they will not take responsibility for any coordination or brainstorming. - No work like balance. "Unlimited pto" is very difficult to actually get approved even for a week. - There is no vision.

This company used to be a fun place to work, it’s a unique product with unique problems to solve. IC’s are talented and overworked, if you’re looking at this as a potential option for your next role…don’t if you value your own physical and mental health.

Cons

Executives don’t use the product and are disconnected with the experience. Constant ring of executive back scratching and referrals leaving gaps in competency. Constant workplace harassment that HR turns a blind eye to. If you respect yourself don’t work here (until the C suite changes out, which it will since Tinder can’t keep their C suite for more than a year).
