Pros

Fantastic culture with welcoming teammates and thoughtful onboarding that helps quickly get a good grasp of the business and product

Cons

Honestly none that I’ve felt Everyone is candid and impassioned about making a truly better and safer experience for members Going back to full remote with in-office as an option would be nice, but really the facilities and everything make it pleasant

Pros

Friendly coworkers, good health insurance options

Cons

Incompetent leadership failed to achieve goals. There's a lot of politics and wasted time on projects that should never have been greenlit. Pay is not competitive, the stock price is at an all-time low and kept falling, so expect to take a pay cut to be employed at Tinder. In general, Tinder is a terrible brand on your resume. Capable talents all have left or are leaving. Strict 3-day RTO as part of performance evaluation. Layoff is on the horizon and first in first out is not impossible.
