Pretty Good with some Caveat

-Work culture is good, company throws parties and there is a sense of fun -Work is interesting, you can see your changes on the app -Code is not that messy -Innovation can be seen and comparable to other high tech companies

Cons

-A LOT of turn over in leadership and managers -PM's ideas are not that great in growing the company. Sometimes they ask for help -Some employees are for sure clueless and being carried which is worse than those that rest and vest
