      Pros

      -Not a lot of egos here, we work together. People are not desperately vying for attention or clout at all costs like other orgs I've worked for and that's a HUGE pro in my book -Excellent benefits, work-life balance, mental health days, company holidays -Can actually take your unlimited PTO when you need, it's normalized and encouraged

      Cons

      -Many recent leadership changes have left us in drawn out a state of transition -Lack of clear process and accountability for a lot of things, but it's improving

      -Super talented and kind, creative folk -Solid benefits -Tons of workplace parties/perks -Fun projects and the clout of working at a recognizable company -Mission of helping connect people is lovely — always happy to hear friends who meet/have good experiences with Tinder

      Cons

      -Horrible leadership, especially from the exec team. I mean CEOs hardly last over a year and they here is no clear direction (this goes for all C-Suite) -Pushing new revenue and dumb features that launch and die quickly rather than focusing on creating a great app experience -Little to no process — company has tons of people in positions where they don’t know what they are doing -Too many cooks in the kitchen…way too much feedback from everyone, which dilutes the product in multiple directions -Not competitive compensation

      -Internal politics -Lack of empathy towards employees and members. -No concern for employee needs - no inclusivity - Very dismissive - treat their favourites differently - no regards for work/ life balance - business needs are above employee needs - terrible salary. -benefits need improvements -micro management is a big one here.
