- New CEO is fake, robotic (7th in 5 years) - Revenue and profit are the only goals - No compassion for employees (heard they moved someone to the UK and fired them after two weeks)

Pros

Tinder offers pretty good pay and benefits. It's fun working on something that millions of people use.

Cons

It's a very corporate and political environment. The design team is not very respected or listened to. Most product decisions are being made by people that have no experience in the industry and primarily focus on short term financial gain over creating a useful product that actually benefits the user.

The office had good perks, and there was a lot of great people I worked with.

Cons

Tinder only cares about the profit that is returned to Match Group. It is a toxic workplace built on fear and no one trusting each other. They outwardly discriminated knowing that they were not going to get into trouble. The answer to lack of diversity was that people needed to "work harder." There was no clear career trajectory or what you had to accomplish to be promoted.
