Pros

- The people! I love my team. - The work - you'll wear multiple hats, you'll be given autonomy and as a result you will grow/learn very quick.

Cons

Experiencing natural growing pains that any growth stage startup faces. I don't see this as a con - more something to be reminded of as we mature!

Pros

-Awesome people that actually care about and have pride in their work. -Work/life balance and scale of a bigger company with the impact of a startup. -Fun, collaborative environment. -Great perks (basketball court, food, massages, great health benefits, etc...)

Cons

-As Tinder as grown from a startup to a mid sized tech company there have been growing pains and turnover in execs. All changes for the better but in the meantime there is inherent frustration of changes priorities and processes.

Pros

Joining Tinder was the best decision I have made this year. This company supports it's employees from on-boarding, to training, to continuing education/conferences. The company is always having events throughout the month such as hackathons, health/exercise, and surprise treats. The team I'm on is collaborative and upbeat and everyone seems to be working towards a common goal

Cons

No cons so far, it would be great to have 100% medical coverage.
