Pros

Nice + helpful co-workers, fun teams, snacks, lunch + dinner, get to work on some cool projects. There's lots of potential here but lots of things/people are in the way.

Cons

Undergoing growing pains. Not every manager is manager material. Parking. A 'to each their own' culture. Can't really trust anybody.
