Tinder only cares about the profit that is returned to Match Group. It is a toxic workplace built on fear and no one trusting each other. They outwardly discriminated knowing that they were not going to get into trouble. The answer to lack of diversity was that people needed to "work harder." There was no clear career trajectory or what you had to accomplish to be promoted.

Company needs divetsity! Not to many minorities work there which was alarming for me. It’s like high school! Lot of fake people work here. Very arrogant, materialistic people with no sense of human compassion in them. They pretend to be each other friends and talk mess behind each other’s back! Management don’t know what there doing. Very immature environment! The work becomes boring and draining. No sense of direction as a company. Worst Company I ever worked for I was miserable there and hated working there!!! So happy I quit!
