      Pros

      Amazing team of smart, dedicated, "no ego" employees. An exciting time for the company, with an incredible list of customers and innovative products. We are just on the cusp of big breakthroughs.

      None. For those who aren't used to the pace of a start-up, it may seem tough, and there may be less processes in place than they are used to. But that is part of the magic of a start-up... we get to innovate and create as we go.

      Shoot -- we're disappointed you're having a less positive experience. There's not a lot to comment on in this review other than acting on ideas. We've got a very active field that feeds HQ with tons of ideas for new products, campaigns, etc. It's a blessing and a curse--we act on lots of those ideas, but not all, and we're always striving to do more. Thank you for the feedback.
