No games, no politics, no micro-management, and no jerks. Tintri is transitioning to a large company and has put excellent processes and training in place that are helping in the on-boarding of new hires. Tintri management demonstrates every day the high value they place on every one of their employees. Tintri has a large, loyal customer base with a list of outstanding products.

The benefits could be slightly better, but are more than adequate for a company of this size (demonstrates fiscal responsibility on the part of management).
