So much potential but horrible management/leadership!

Pros

Culture was great. Food and drinks flowed endlessly. Holidays, birthdays, and product launch celebrations really brought team camaraderie together.

Cons

Ken (CEO) and Kieran (Founder) really have to understand and take ownership of their lack of vision and ability to go to market. For such a small company, Ken, please walk down the hallways with your head up, smile and acknowledge your staff. Kieran, you are smart and a visionary but let people and PM go to market with ideas that customers want. You started it but let other that have taken companies to the next stage do what they do best.

Pros

I'm honestly trying to consider any positives but I'm coming up blank here. You normally get paid on time? The product is actually very solid in later releases.

Cons

The vast majority of the leadership. The direction given is at time completely nonsensical or completely unrealistic. Goals are often changed AFTER you've met them if your not kissing enough rears or worshiping the managers as embodying everything you hope to be someday. Tintri had a "no jerks" policy which was itself a joke. Within Tintri everyone knew the golden rule of "I'm the exception" when referring to the CEO. Turnover is out of control in the sales side of the house which has all but killed customer confidence. Management will just decide to start taking customer presentations anywhere they want and consistently sabotage the sales team in said region. Managers demand mandatory meeting at such a rate that one can burn up a whole day attending them to explain why sales are down (hint: sales are down due to all the ridiculous meetings that demanded making your sales team waste so much time they could be out selling).
