      Terrific product and has an extremely loyal customer base. Compensation.

      WARNING: Highly toxic work environment. There is an evident lack of accountability and ethics code among leadership. Employee morale is staggeringly low because they are forced to accept the toxicity. Small marketing budget. Very limited headcount compared to the competition. Their recording-keeping and sales inventory practices are highly questionable and provide minimal insight and value in developing a meaningful market analysis and strategy.

      Everything else about Tintri is NOT GREAT especially management which leads to bad morale. Good employees that want to care about customers but their focus is on other things
