      Pros

      Everyday at the office is full of energy and excitement. This is what originally attracted me to Tinti and it never fades. Everyone truly loves coming to work. Managers at every level support you and provide you with all the resources for success. Some of the best managers I have ever worked for. It's truly a fantastic place to work and couldn't be happier with my decision to work at Tintri! The work hard play hard atmosphere brings out the best in everyone.

      There are no cons with Tintri.

      Pros

      Small company size with highly intelligent and experienced individuals who are able to collaborate and express ideas in an open and inviting environment. This company is going places and it's getting there fast! Just one visit during their open house events and you'll see the difference between Tintri and other companies in the bay area. They also throw frequent and fantastic parties and social events for the employees. :)

      Cons

      Not really a con if you're in it for the right reasons but the company knows how to properly manage it's resources which is great for it's current status as a pre-ipo company. In the long run, this could mean great return and longevity for its employees.

      Great workplace, friendly people

      Pros

      The people are really, really friendly and incredibly smart. One of the people I worked with developed the original RAID system. Also, there is zero company drama or any BS like that. They went out of their way to make sure the interns felt at home, and took us to great restaurants and fun offsite activities like laser tag. The pay was also significant, as they are doing very well compared to their competitors. Amazing company to work at.

      Cons

      There isn't a whole lot to do at the office. There are company hikes regularly, but I'm not a super outdoorsy person so I didn't go on any of them.

      We recently moved into a new (bigger) space with a fitness room, game room and onsite bootcamp & yoga. But as this reviewer points out it’s important to get out of the office too; so, we added a shuttle that zips employees to-and-from Castro Street and the restaurants and stores of downtown Mountain View. We’ll keep looking for more activities that strengthen our team culture.
