      Pros

      Terrific product and has an extremely loyal customer base. Compensation.

      Cons

      WARNING: Highly toxic work environment. There is an evident lack of accountability and ethics code among leadership. Employee morale is staggeringly low because they are forced to accept the toxicity. Small marketing budget. Very limited headcount compared to the competition. Their recording-keeping and sales inventory practices are highly questionable and provide minimal insight and value in developing a meaningful market analysis and strategy.

      Technology is incredible! It’s extremely easy to quote.

      Cons

      Unorganized and zero management or guidance. They don’t put any money towards trying to get leads so you have an uphill battle with a technology that can’t compete with its competitors.

      In the beginning, before the March into bankruptcy, a lot. Great people, great tech and an environment where you’ll learn a lot. After bankruptcy and then acquisition by DDN… I got paid?
