      Pros

      It is great to be part of a small, but fast-growing company again. Although the storage market is very crowed right now and we have to fight for every deal, it is awesome to represent a product and company that truely brings business value to the I.T. infrustructure. The on-boarding process was very smooth.

      Cons

      I have not seen any yet, but I am new.

      Pros

      The org is structured in a very efficient way. As a support engineer, it makes it easier to assist customers. The knowledge passed from the engineering group to the support group is quick; resulting in faster resolutions. With the legacy of the previous support engineers, the customers and clients highly admire the support received. The support team on a whole believes in unity. Each one puts in efforts in helping out others. All in all, its a great team!

      There hasn't been a single incident worth reporting.

      -Awesome, helpful team -Responsive management -Interesting, innovative product -Sales and growth are great -Great new hire training program -Relaxed atmosphere -Many new members and rapidly growing -Weekly catered lunch and breakfast -Great team events -Salary is good -Office closes for Christmas through New Year

      Cons

      -Heavy workload has lead to burnout in the past -Not many tenured team members after attrition over the last year -Office location is meh -Benefits could use a little tweaking -No bonus/profit sharing -Could use a Salesforce 1% philanthropy pledge
