      Pros

      Flexibility of a startup and fun atmosphere. Absolutely some of the greatest people I have worked with. Pay is good and potential for sales teams to exceed is amazing. Best support structure for existing customers I have ever seen.

      Cons

      Product climaxed over a year ago and the competition has essentially caught up. Tintri is playing catchup now (think Docker). It's technology is becoming irrelevant in cloud architecture. Middle managers and account teams are on islands from each other and therefore no accountability. Good 'ol boy system at its finest.

      Pros

      Tintri is a company with bright, innovative people making a great product, who believe collaboration is essential to good business. Everyone I meet at Tintri enjoys coming to work. It's a place where people want to work together to deliver quality in everything they do. Great base salary, a generous helping of stock options, good perks, a real no jerks policy, a very efficient and respectful recruiting process, and an excellent core set of values that people actually believe in and put into practice. No games, no politics, no micro-management, and no jerks. Tintri is transitioning to a large company and has put excellent processes and training in place that are helping in the on-boarding of new hires. Tintri management demonstrates every day the high value they place on every one of their employees. Tintri has a large, loyal customer base with a list of outstanding products.

      Cons

      The benefits could be slightly better, but are more than adequate for a company of this size (demonstrates fiscal responsibility on the part of management).
