      Pros

      I joined Tintri 3 weeks ago today. The interview/hiring process was extremely efficient and moved quickly. Communication was clear and next steps were always outlined. Information once on board is easily accessible and the employee tools are not overwhelmingly difficult. A person with the desire to discover information on their own will have a relatively easy time getting up to speed quickly.

      Cons

      So far in my tenure at Tintri, I haven't come across any.

      Pros

      Energetic and committed team. Involved leadership and caring people. Everyone is incredibly hard working but many non tangible rewards make it all worth it.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons at this time. Maybe replenish the chocolate late in the afternoon! :)

      Pros

      Ample opportunity to learn and explore areas of interest. Opportunity to work on latest technologies. Competitive pay. They don't use the Agile methodology, which is a such a big waste of resources/people/time and micromanagement in my opinion.

      Cons

      Lack of a cafeteria, but they invite food trucks every day except Monday when they have free lunch, lots of stuff to munch in the kitchen and a free shuttle to Castro St.
