      Great company with a stable product on the market. Company culture is something that Tintri speaks highly of and it has lived up to reputation. Management is extremely hands on and is continuously giving constructive criticism to help with the learning process.

      Headquarters are located in the heart of the Silicon Valley, so traffic does come into play

      Flexible schedule. Company understands that we no longer work in a 9-5 world and that you can get the job done at any time and crush goals. Outstanding products that customers are head over heals for.

      Typical growing pains with management. It can be difficult to get managers to focus and be interested in developing people when they are chasing #s.
