      Pros

      Excellent working environment. Great products, great people, and a great lab. Fun projects, and good working relationships between different departments / functions.

      Cons

      Availability of parking spots can be limited. Sometimes the only available place to park is on the street, but this isn't s big problem.

      Company Undoubtedly has the Best product on the planet when it comes to storage for Virtual Environments. Even storage competitors cannot dispute it when we are all together hanging out. the product is easy to believe in. The No-Jerk policy is nice, although how do you enforce that when someone is indeed hired that is a jerk, which has happened lately? Corporate Environment is buzzing with excitement even today like it had been at the very beginning. Fast growing company. Customers are Extremely loyal and fanatics for what it has done for their companies and personal lives as it pertains to there job lifestyles. Company regularly recognizes achievements, dedication, and hard work of its employees.

      Cons

      The promise of upward mobility is thwarted if you are too good at your current role. Then you are considered too valuable to move upwards. Go figure! Both Marketing and Management of Internal Processes could be improved a lot! So many processes that are redundant and not worthy of the time involved. Streamlining those things would help make things more efficient. As for marketing, we have a revolutionary product that the industry hasn't seen before. Creativity in its description and a wholistic story would open companies eyes up a bit.
