      OK Product, a lot of great People work here

      Senior Management in EMEA doesn´t have a clue what´s needed in variuos Situations. If you need help Senior Management in EMEA does everything for not taking a decision, one could be held responsible for it and just ignores you when needed most. A No jerk policy doesn´t exist. You´re called into Meetings which are only waste of time, have to justify why you are not successfull by giving Sales Pitches at the End of the Quarter, what a joke. If you´re a buddy you get praised and favored all the time, if not, nobody helps you. If you loose a Deal you´re always put on the spot for not selling the value, Senior Management does not take over any responsibility.

      Pros

      Engineering is one of the best I have ever worked with. Executive team is above average. Some of the positives I can think of are Free lunches on Monday, Bagel Breakfast on Wednesday, Donuts on Friday mornings and Beer/Wine fest with some snacks on Friday evenings, Lunches with CEO, Wine tasting sessions, the office manager, the automatic work desks to name a few!!

      Cons

      Compensation and stock negotiation can be really tough during hiring. Wish the long-term employees are given pay raises (Including bonus) else you are going to see some departures. GC process is extremely SLOW. I wish HR/Lawyers take note of this and speed it up. Introduce better insurance plans. Some growing pains of course.

      Good product! some really good people! good talk (when followed through).

      Cons

      A lot of passing the buck from the VP. Endless and pointless meetings set at the worst timings. Too many sales in UK to enable you to hit your number, certain sales people favored whilst others are pushed down.
