      Pros

      Very dynamic culture with a supportive and cohesive team. Having worked in the industry for many years, I have never met customers who are happier than Tintri customers. The vision of the senior management team is clear and the company is in a great position to execute against it.

      Cons

      Tintri is still a relatively small company and the sheer volume of opportunity means that we are all working flat out every day. However, that is part of the fun of working for a company like Tintri!
