You get great medical & dental benefits.

Cons

The funding is only just keeping the business alive. Staff had to be let go in order to stay afloat. When all the job can be done remotely, they force you to come in three times a week. Sales vice presidents frequently lose top personnel and act solely on impulse. The corporation is unconcerned about employee retention because an SDR who is promoted to AE will make significantly less money than an outside candidate.

The people I worked with in San Mateo are genuinely the nicest people I have ever worked with. Everyone wants you to succeed, willing to help and collaborate, and works hard. All believe that the company is on the right trajectory, which makes you work harder with optimistic outlook.

Cons

The salary, benefits, and perks are not the most competitive. Strong mandate on working from the office (on a hybrid schedule) and lacks flexibility.
