1. People - the people of Tipalti is the greatest pro in my opinion. A rare case of really nice and smart people that take the company forward while let you feel like you are at home. Words really cannot explain it - but the people of Tipalti are jsut something else! 2. Product- The product itself is very interesting and unique and I just enjoy working on it. 3. Business future - while we live in a reality of companies raising and falling, I personally feel like Tipalti has a great business model, goals and management that consistently push the company to achieve new achievements and it seems like Tipalti is going to be the best company in the solution it offers and it is going to happen fast. 4. Working conditions - The work conditions are great (salary, benefits, office facilities, etc.) no less than what bigger companies offer.
