      Pros

      Great people to work with and management shows sincere care for the people! Everyone is willing to help each other. Payables solution is best I've seen and really sells itself.

      Complex sale which can be fun Access to c suite Sales VPs and managers are some Of the best- they really care about their people

      Cons

      It is scary to even try and engage with sales enablement. It’s a culture of fear and the lead bullies people. Constantly talks down to others, is aggressive and I know people who have quite because of it. Favoritism is huge too. Brags about how HR has issues but protected by the CRO- fear of retaliation.

      Pros

      Tipalti has a very well structured sales program. I learned a lot during my time and there and the managers were very supportive when it came to quota and career goals.

      Cons

      The only con, if any, would have been how fast some people were promoted to others.
