      Pros

      Many smart and competitive coworkers. Fintech is an industry with a lot of opportunity.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, lack of communication and empathy across teams, pay is not competitive, some management is neither inspiring nor supportive, and the company's own tech infrastructure functions in silos/is not cohesive (this ends up creating monotonous repetitive tasks and creates more work for employees that could easily be streamlined with a more thoughtful software strategy).

      The culture and leadership are amazing, very comfortable to talk with anyone within the company.

      Cons

      The territory had a major swing in how you do on a month-to-month basis. If you're not in California, it will be a flat-out grind to hit 80% of your monthly quota. They do acknowledge it either.
