      Pros

      Most of the non managers employees were all great people to work with. I had the pleasure of making friendships with people there that will last beyond Tipalti.

      Cons

      Many of the managers were cocky and arrogant micro-managers that like to flex their power while ruling by fear of losing your job. Many of the managers are very in-experienced or are 1st time managers that don't understand the basics of how to lead people successfully. Sales management has also created a toxic culture on the sales team which shows favoritism to some and disrespect for the others. As long as the current management stays in place, they will continue to see high turn over.
