Literally everything. I honestly wish I had never worked at Tipalti. I feel that it detracted my skills as a sales professional. Not only did I take a financial hit on my W-2 that I am still recovering from, I gained nothing as a professional and felt I was fighting with my sanity as to why I was there daily. I know what you are probably thinking to yourself, "Oh hey this is just a disgruntled sales rep, it will be different for me". I have had a very successful career in sales prior to Tipalti, and I am experiencing a rewarding and successful one after Tipalti. You simply do not forget how to sell overnight, or forget how to put in effort. While I was there I heard "you must have lied on your resume" and "you're not really fitting in here" or "you are being negative". Apparently, calling out issues privately, that a vast majority of the reps are experiencing and coming to the table with viable solutions as to fix those problems, is being negative....
