The people here are genuinely humble, approachable, and collaborative. There’s a strong focus on employee development and innovation- every employee even receives personal coaching, which is rare and truly valuable. The company encourages career growth and offers plenty of internal mobility options. The hybrid work model also provides an excellent work-life balance.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, some processes have become a bit more bureaucratic. That said, this also brings more structure and organization, which has its advantages too.
