I applied for a content marketing specialist position and was genuinely excited about the opportunity to work with a company like Tipalti. However, the interview process left a lot to be desired. I arrived at the scheduled Zoom interview on time and waited in the meeting room for 15 minutes using the exact link provided to me by the recruiter. I even followed up via email during the wait, only to later receive a vague message suggesting that I hadn’t shown up — without any acknowledgment of the email I sent or the possibility of a technical issue on their end. At no point was there a clear attempt to take ownership, reschedule thoughtfully, or simply acknowledge the inconvenience. It felt like my time wasn’t respected, and there was no accountability from the recruiter, despite the fact that I did everything correctly. This experience reflects poorly on the company’s candidate experience and raises concerns about the internal culture. I ultimately chose to withdraw from the process. A company that operates with this level of communication and energy during the interview stage is not one I feel aligned with — and I trust my instincts.

There is a lot of basic training, but most of the assigned work you get they don't train on. So you will be stuck trying to figure things out on your own, until someone is available to show you haw to do it. With that said though, they do have a lot of support meeting to go through the tougher tasks that you may get. Its just the amount of work can pile up from the unresolved tasks.
