      - Great perks & benefits. Free lunch, dogs, beautiful office space. - Amazing work life balance, flexibility - Good people and culture is supportive and open - Opportunities to grow & learn. Lots of internal mobility - Stability. While lots of tech companies were undergoing RIFs, the company grew

      - Being a larger company, depending on your team, it can sometimes feel a bit isolated, where you don 't really know what other teams are working on or what they do - Salary could be more competitive - PTO could be more generous

      - friendly, passionate people at all levels who are genuinely dedicated to making the company a good place to work - good salaries and benefits - nice perks like paid lunch and phone/internet bills - not a lot of corporate "bs" is present, people cut to the chase and it doesn't feel like time is wasted on what you're working on

      Cons

      - can be high pressure - invest in better equipment (laptops slow/crashing often)
