- Messy with no processes. If you’re a fixer, lots of places you can make an impact - people are great. Coworkers work hard, great community. -hours were low. Pay was good

Cons

- it’s a 15 year old start up! If you’d run at a potential partner still living at home- run here too -lots of egos as you move up ladder with little experience to back it up. -thoughtless decisions, poor execution and no EI -really bad benefits, vacation and holidays for us employees. It’s like tipalti expects the US government to provide for us. Just don’t get sick working here.

great product, talented employees, good salary

Cons

large deals fail during implementation VERY regularly (clawbacks on commission), deal revenues fluctuate greatly and it's dependent on things outside of the Account Executives control. The organization is incredibly rigid and inflexible when dealing with unique circumstances. Vacation time needs to be approved by management even if you're hitting your quarterly or annual goals.
