Low pay, no raise, poor benefits, favoritism, poor leadership If you are thinking about applying here, DON'T. You will regret it. Not only they don't pay well at all, career advance opportunities are only given to friends. Many employees complained about the low salary and no adjustment (especially high inflation), the management didn't even bother to address this feedback. THEY ARE CHEAP. The company had an amazing year last year and also got 150mil funding this year. They don't even bother to use that money/funding to increase employee benefits and satisfaction. Instead, they reduced the benefits offering. They promise you they are gonna improve but provide no plan nor actions to actually make such improvements. Some of their middle managers have no integrity, lies and lies. It is super shortsighted unless they are gonna stay at Tipalti for the rest of their careers, they have damaged their own reputations enough to earn trust from others. Many good people are leaving the company which I am pretty happy about. You are not gonna get anywhere staying here. Just wondering when the so-called leadership team can figure how bad of a job they have been doing.
