      Pros

      Hands down Tipalti is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They compensate fairly, they promote from within and they provide transparency into the health of the company and its direction. Since I started working here I have seen dozens of promotions and seen multiple people promoted multiple times. We had an SDR get promoted all the way to Director of Sales within 5 years. Overall couldn’t be happier with my decision and I have no plans on leaving anytime soon.

      Cons

      Foster City location is okay but traffic can be an issue when leaving work. The bigger we get the less “Start Uppy” it feels and can take some time for changes to get implemented. There have been issues with post-sales but management has taken action.
