Education and coaching. Regional management support. Plenty of great people to reach out to. Reasonable hours. Stores are typically well staffed.

Cons

Income can be unsteady. Never have 2 days off in a row. Too many ways to deduct bonus. I feel like pay could be better.

Hard work does not go unnoticed. Plenty of training opportunities. Company finds value in employees with a lot of experience or no experience.

Cons

Associates occasionally get moved around to other stores but it doesn't happen too often.

Career paths at TD were designed for folks to work their way through the free training to achieve personal growth and higher pay. Moving people from store to store is something we are reluctant to do but with the fast growth and promote from within culture it is necessary. Even our President worked at many locations in many roles as he grew with the company.
