long hours being forced to work past closing time bullying by management threats no raises no advancement lies deceit customer dissatisfaction from being lied to in the front on the times there cars will be done

Great benefits, Great Costumers, stores well located.

Cons

Pay plan changes every year, 4 new bosses in 4 years. Not much internal advancement opportunity, (most store managers are hired in work at other stores until they learn the system,1 - 3 months and then given a store)
