There is plenty of work to keep everyone busy. Everyone's plate appears to be overflowing. My plate keeps filling up and it makes it difficult to keep up with the demands and asks of leadership.

Cons

Not enough growth at the home office to counter the growth of the stores.

We recently announced a restructure of our leadership team, and are adding in additional hires in several departments to ensure our stores are getting the support they need.
