Pros

Fast paced retail business where if you work hard, it really pays off. Lots of career opportunities for promotions, bonuses and benefits. The people, especially in our stores, are awesome. We just opened the 100th store, doubling our size in 5 years! Even with some growing pains, it is exciting to be a part of a winning team!

Pros

newer equipment, staffed well. Not a bad place to work and learn. Clean and updated facilities.

Cons

Not much of a work-life balance. The hours don't really match up to the salary.

Pros

The pay has no cap for a service tech as long as you are willing to put in long hours. The shop employees come in and have fun and make good money at the same time.

Cons

This company needs to get a grip on reality. Just because it works on paper and in theory does not mean it will always work in the real world. Every store and their clientele is different and should be treated and ran accordingly. What works in one neighborhood does not always work in another. Upper management needs to occasionally come in and work at store level so they can keep a firm grip on what works and what doesn't work. They need to also develop a better plan to give their employees a better balance of work and family lives. This is a family owned company but is not run like a family owned company anymore and hasn't been for quite a long time.
