Pros

Great vision, tools to get the job done, training, paid for performance. Like that we get restocked daily and have access to what we don't have in stock.

Cons

Not really to much except hours can be long, computer system could use an upgrade and getting thru to someone in the office can be challenging at times.

Pros

One of the best things about working at TD is that you can make a difference. It's a growing company and they are very open to ideas, suggestions and ways to improve the customer experience. The work is challenging and rewarding. The compensation is one of the best in the industry. The people are driven and passionate.

Cons

It's a fast paced retail environment. You have to work retail hours, including some holidays (Black Friday). You always get Sundays off though.

Pros

Honest and ethical environment. Company culture is centered around outstanding customer service and personal and professional advancement. TD grows by one store per month because of their commitment to employee growth and customer loyalty. Positive leadership from the top that want their customers and employees to win. The best company to work for in the tire and auto service industry.

Cons

Its retail so 11 hour days are no secret. Home every night and no Sundays so that's a plus. The compensation is great and well worth the time spent.
